Is www.grdsweb.com a genuine acedemic organization please?

Good question. I notice that they have a range of journals which do not charge a fee - this would normally mean that we wouldn't consider them 'predatory' as they are not looking to make money from researchers.
However, I'm quite suspicious of the quality of their conferences. For example, their next conference:
" International Conference on Researches in Science & Technology "
The scope of this event is extremely broad (science and technology!)
The programme is very vague and has no details on subject tracks, speakers etc. (https://wasrti.org/icrst-2018-ivth-international-conference-on-researches-in-science-and-technology-13-14-april-2018-london-program-101)
Look at the gallery which is hosted on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/wasrti/photos_stream?tab=photos_albums). The group pictures of previous events seem very small - probably the number of people you might find in a workshop. Remember that the conference scope is 'science and technology' - what do you think are the chances of meeting researchers in your field who you can learn from or collaborate? Probably very low.
Personally I would avoid this organisation who seem amaterish. There are much bigger, better events out there that would be more appropriate for your research and which don't waste your airfares.
