That's a good question. Personally, I think this journal is fine to publish in.
Some people have argued that the publishers, 'Academic Journals' are not reputable - this is because they were once included on 'Beall's List' of possible predatory publishers, probably unfairly. They openly address this issue on their website: https://academicjournals.org/about_us
The journal has been running since 2007, which is usually a good sign. I would have a quick read of the articles in their latest issue and see if a). the research looks good quality and a good fit for the journal scope and b). whether your research would been a 'good fit' in this collection. Also take a look at the editorial board and check their credentials.
