STATISTICAL ANALYSIS ADVICE NEEDED

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS ADVICE NEEDED

By: Syed Asad Hasan Rizvi on March 1, 2019, 5:14 p.m.

I have data from two populations (two clinical settings) with a common CATEGORICAL variable. I want to test if there is a statistically significant difference between the two populations for that variable. What test can I use in SPSS? Thank you.

Testiting Categorical variables means testing proportions (%), and the most apprioprate is Chi-Square (X2) and P-vlalue.

Additionally, a one-way ANOVA can be used to provide more information about where the actual differences lie.
