Yes, these are all reputable databases.
You could also add DOAJ (https://doaj.org/ ) and PubMed (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/ ) to the list.

I suspect this is a poor quality of 'predatory' journal based on the following:
1). Fees. It states that there is a fee to publish, but I can't find a clear indication of the fee on their website. Transparency and clarity are important...
